Who should renew?
A developer who is currently executing a development scheme where works associated with any building or lands are incomplete and the necessary certifications depicting completion has not been issued. Where there are existing prepayment contracts to be completed, the developer should renew his or her registration.
When should you renew?
After initial registration, annual renewal registration fees are due for Developers every year on April 1, until the completion of the development scheme.

Steps to Renew
What is the process
Step 1: Pay the Prescribed Fee
Developers must pay the prescribed fees based on the number of lots/units. Payments can be made using any of the applicable payment options. If bill payment option was used, proof of payment should be submitted in-office or via email to info@reb.gov.jm.

Step 2: Confirmation of Renewal
The request will be processed within 3- 5 working days upon confirmation of proof payment. You will be advised in writing that your registration as a Developer has been renewed. Your status will also be updated on the Public Register.
