Removal of Charges

Developers pleased be advised that the Real Estate Board will be unable to remove its charge from units in a development scheme where the development breaches the original approval, unless the Board receives the amended approval to which the units relate, in compliance with Section 26 (1) (d) of the Real Estate (Dealers & Developers) Act.
